PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE
Business Transformation Services (BTS) helps close the gap between IT strategy and execution. BTS consultants help align SAP customer''s people, processes, and technology to their corporate goals using transformation initiatives based on industry-specific best practices and expertise. SAP customers take advantage of value & Innovation Management and let BTS consultants help them deploy the latest technology innovations.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a BTS Consulting Intern, you will be exposed to various engagements across all industries varying from industrial manufacturing to consumer goods and financial services. You will be working in a project team environment consisting of business transformation consultants, senior managers, and analysts from both internally within SAP and externally from a client or partner. Main responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
- Conduct research on industry trend, company performances benchmarking, business model analysis;
- Assist senior consultants with data collection and analysis, document preparation and project implementation with time deadline;
- Summarize and identify business needs or trends from broad sources of information originating from Internet, annual report, news, interviews;
- Participate in onsite and remote service delivery for customers in Greater China incl. HK and TW; Deliverables may range business case, risk assessments to functional business process optimization and blueprint design.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- MBA candidate preferable or Master’s Degree in major of Computer science, Software engineering, Mathematics, Physics Engineering and IT;
- Strategic thinking and conceptual thinking skills;
- Ability to combine analytic and imagination to generate new perspectives;
- Excellent analytical and design skills; effective problem solving skills;
- Strong and convincing personality for interaction with customers;
- A genuine passion for driving client success and delivering business outcomes through technology
- A real team player with initiative and ''can do'' attitude who learns and adapts quickly;
- Willing to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines;
- Enjoying working in a diverse cultural environment; open minded and culturally sensitive
- Fluent in English
