律师助理实习生：
Requirements:
1.　　Majored in IP from the law school of key universities;
2.　　Passed the bar examination;　
3.　　Good English skills;
4.　　　　　　　It's preferable with working/intern experience.　
　要求：
1.　　重点院校法学院知识产权专业在校学生；
2.　　通过法律职业资格考试；
3.　　英语熟练；
4　.　　　　　 有相关实习经验为佳。
工作内容：
1.　　诉讼案件的证据准备、协助跟进；
2.　　制作对客户及行政司法部门进行报告的情况说明书及PPT；
3.　　中英翻译、网页公证、原复相符公证；
4.　　发律师函、警告信并跟进；
5.　　国家图书馆馆藏复制证明、专题报告的查询；
6.　　法律检索等等。
　
IP研究（法律检索）实习生：
Position required: Intern
Working experience：no requirement
Duration: FULL TIME Internship for 3-6 months　
Location: Beijing
　
Requirements:
　? Final year undergraduate; Second or final year postgraduate in law from reputable China law schools;　
? Have strong willingness to handle IP related legal issues;
? Good communication skills in Chinese and English, English is the working language;　
? Commitment and strong team work;
? Excellent computer skills, in particular, MS excel;　
? Start work date: ASAP
　
Job Description:
　? Competent to help other team members on translation and summary of law/cases/any other newly released updating (Chinese to English and vice-versa);
　? Competent to study and analyze IP cases;
　? Competent to help other team members on any urgent research work.
Working Days: 5 working days per week for at least 3 months.
