Commercial Insight & Analytic Intern 商务分析实习生
Job Description:
1. Use Tableau Desktop to prepare marketing & sales integrated dashboard
2. Help to support the Tableau Sever deployment & daily management in China
3. Help to support the integrated marketing & sales business intelligence project for China CI&A
4. Support Global CI&A work stream
5. Uses excel, PowerPoint, Think cell to develop meaningful presentations and to perform basic calculations and data analysis e.g. charting, etc.
6. Provide market analysis and information collection support for strategic planning, businesses development, and new product planning
7. Consistently synthesize information from all available sources (both primary and secondary) to draw business impacted conclusions.
8. Update the routine or ad hoc Global/region market analysis report
9. Join the primary market research project and help to arrange the logistic for the internal or external workshop
Requirements
Educational
1. University graduates with good academic achievements.
2. Medical, Pharmacy, Marketing, Economic, Medical Statistic or relative specialty preferred.
Analytical skills
1. Uses multiple sources and methodologies/tools to independently find the right information and data to address business issues
2. Validate and double check the raw data to ensure the high quality of the intelligence providing
3. Makes value-added market and business insight based on research findings and analysis that drives business decisions and results with the guidance of supervisor
Technical skills
1. Master of Tableau Desktop, excel, PowerPoint, Think cell, Access, SPSS or other statistic software
2. Database master to provide different kind of data query and report
3. Familiar with businesses model of China pharma market.
4. Innovatively apply cross industry analysis tools and knowledge
5. Evaluates new methodologies and data sources to address business needs.
Long term internship preferred. Familiar with Tableau preferred.
