Position: Executive Search Researcher

Job description
1. Provide professional recruitment services to both multinational and domestic clients in Financial Services industry
2. Compile search strategy upon the kicking-off for assignments
3. Execute different modes of engagements for clients assembling various research tools to ensure a quality and effective process
4. Involve in full process execution of sourcing prospects, interviewing candidates, profiling assessments, documenting premium candidates, developing progress reports, conducting references and facilitating offer negotiations
5. Assist in Business Development for new clients/projects

Desired Skills and Experience
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual who is ready for a challenging position:
1. Bachelor/Master degree from top tier universities
2. Good business sense and ability
3. Excellent communication skill and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
4. High intellectual curiosity, energy, and personal integrity
