Primary Responsibilities:

•Administrative support to PG China business ,　travel and hotel bookings and other logistics arrangement when required

•Assist on organizing and coordinating team events

•Supplier billing and payments: handling invoices; ensuring timely payments

•Support with other tasks as required

Qualifications Required:

•Proficiency in computer operations especially, MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)

•Good time management and communications skills

•Flexibility to work across a variety of administrative and project based tasks

•Good oral and written English skills

•Self-motivated and team player

工作时间：一周至少3天，至少6个月以

工作地点：北京市朝阳区光华路7号汉威大厦

补贴：本科生110/day 研究生130/day
