岗位职责
Develop new distributors within the assigned sales territories
Provide technical, distributor training and trade show support to distributors
Develop new OEM Accounts.
Increase sales through new accounts.
Manage distribution base as needed.
Generate monthly sales forecasting & reporting on timely basis.
Make joint calls with distributor sales personnel as directed.
Remain knowledgeable and current on products.
Attend National Conventions and sales meetings as required.
Demonstrate support of Colder core values.
Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Adhere to all safety regulations.

Required Job Qualifications:
Strong communications skills
Soundly developed and proven interpersonal skills.
PC familiarity and experience with spread sheets and word processing.
Sound organizational skills.
Required Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
Preferred Job Qualifications:
College degree or above
Strong Mechanical aptitude
Fluid power experience and a working knowledge of plastics
Base in: Beijing(home office)
