The Columbia Global Centers | East Asia (CGCEA) office is now recruiting an administrative assistant.
1. Qualifications for applicants
 Bachelor degree or above, major in English preferred;
 Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
 Familiarity with Microsoft Office software including Excel and database management
 Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, character integrity, independent problem-solving ability and proactivity are essential;
 Good team player;
 Can-do Attitude
2. Responsibilities
 Arranging events and appointments, scheduling meetings, preparation for meetings, and all the other administrative tasks for the Director;
 Preparing reimbursement forms and other paperwork for the Director;
 Assisting events on logistics and onsite management;
 Checking and managing public email;
 Assisting other administrative work and office management tasks as needed for other senior staff.
