1) 在指定领域深挖客户资源,寻找潜在客户 Identify new accounts in an assigned territory 2) 拜访潜在客户 Visit the prospects in the accounts 3) 将潜在客户变为真实客户 Develop the accounts to become customers 4) 与客户沟通,确定客户需求 Work with the customers to identify their needs 5) 用我公司产品满足客户需求 Use our products to help meet those needs 6) 组织参加展会及营销活动 Attend Shows and Marketing events 7) 公司客户数据库的更新。 Accurate account reporting into the company’s customer database 8) 完成或超额完成业绩目标 Meet or exceed sales objectives 1、 本科以上学历,医药生物类相关专业优先。 Must have an undergraduate education;or related major is preferred. 2、 从事销售管理或相关业务管理工作3年以上经历,具备2年以上生物(一代测序)行业销售经验,有外企工作经验者优先考虑。 Must have 3 or more years sales management and operations experience, with more than 2 years of biological (sequencing) industrial sales experience; working experience is preferred. 3、有大客户的开发和维护经验,过往有出色的销售业绩。 Must have customer development and maintenance experience, with a record of excellent sales performance. 3、 能在压力下工作,勤奋、敬业、具备独立分析问题的能力。 Must be able to perform hard work under pressure; must be dedicated and good at solving problems. 5、有良好的沟通能力,能以正能量影响团队,适应出差。 Must have good communication skills, be able to project positive energy, and travel well with the team. |
