Key Responsibilities/Essential functions included: 1. Support training program manager/coordinator, interface with internal and external parties to ensure all program logistics are on track 2. Secure and manage all program supplies, materials and vendors with expected schedules and budgets 3. Help analysis and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of program process and make recommendations for improvements and solutions to Program Manager Required Qualifications: 1. The 3rd/4th year of undergraduate or1st/2nd year of graduate student 2. Strong MS Office skills, good PPT maker, familiar with Excel 3. Working hours: 4-5 days/week 4. Period: 6 months at least 5. Excellent written and oral communication skills 6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 7.
