Job Title: Real Estate Private Equity – 2022 Summer Analyst Business Unit: Investment Department, Shanghai Office Responsibilities Summer Analyst will work on a wide range of analysis regarding acquisition, market research, and tech disruptions: - Conduct in-depth research into disrupters in the industry - Perform market research into prospective real estate markets in Greater China - Support the investment team in evaluating and executing real estate investments in Greater China - Support the investment team on financial analysis of prospective investment opportunities in different real estate sectors, including logistics, IDC, residential, etc. Qualifications: Phoenix seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
